Template licence

This licence is granted when you buy a template from Folio Nine. One purchase = one licence.
You may
- Use the template to build one end product: one website, for yourself or for one client.
- Change anything: code, design, text, languages.
- Charge your client for the work and hand the finished website over to them.
- Keep using the website for as long as you like. The licence does not expire.
You may not
- Sell, share or give away the template itself, modified or not, as a template, theme or starter kit.
- Use one licence for several websites. Buy one licence per website.
- Claim that you created the original template.
Third-party parts
Fonts and open-source packages included in a template keep their own licences (usually SIL Open Font License or MIT). The list is in each template’s README.
Updates
Bug-fix updates to the version you bought are free. We send them to the email used at checkout.
No warranty
The template is provided “as is”. We test every template before release and fix reported problems, but we cannot guarantee it fits every purpose.
